The relationship between you and At Your Service Home Care, Inc. is considered “at-will employment.” This means your employment may be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice, by either you or At Your Service Home Care, Inc.
In addition, as a condition of employment, you agree not to provide services independently or be employed privately by any individual who is a current client, former client, or pending client of At Your Service Home Care, Inc. Doing so is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and fine up to (3) three months salary.
No representative of At Your Service Home Care, Inc. has the authority to enter into any agreement contrary to this at-will employment relationship. You acknowledge and understand There will be no exceptions to this unless there is a formal written agreement signed by the Owner or Executive Director of the agency.
